There’s something magical about watching a wedding day unfold smoothly — the quiet moments, the emotional ones, the joyful chaos behind the scenes. I love being the person who holds all of those moving parts together so couples can simply be present.
My favorite part of this work is creating calm in places that often feel overwhelming. I love taking a jumble of details, timelines, vendors, and expectations and turning them into a seamless, stress-free experience. Helping couples feel relaxed, supported, and taken care of is truly my passion.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked in the world of dance, events, and large-scale productions. As the Assistant Director of No Limits Dance Academy, I lead multiple shows a year — from rehearsals and timelines to backstage coordination and parent communication.
These productions involve hundreds of dancers, families, costumes, cues, transitions, and logistics. The skills I’ve built in this role translate directly into wedding coordination: organizing complex details, creating smooth flow, communicating clearly, and managing many people at once with confidence and compassion.
This experience gives me a unique level of calm and capability on wedding days — no matter what comes up, I’ve handled it before.
I’m still actively working as the Assistant Director and Dance Instructor at NLDA — a role that holds a big piece of my heart and continues to fuel my creative passions.
My coordination style is warm, steady, and highly organized. I believe weddings should feel peaceful and enjoyable, not rushed or stressful — which is why my approach blends structure with kindness.
I’m:
My goal is always the same:
For you to feel fully present on your wedding day, knowing that every detail is handled.

I was born and raised right here in Humboldt County, so coastal weddings and redwood celebrations feel like home to me. Fun fact: I married my husband on September 2nd, 2017 in Bayside — one of the hottest days ever recorded in Humboldt County (a very dramatic backdrop for a wedding day!).
We now have our fiery 3-year-old daughter who keeps us busy, plus a full animal crew with two dogs and two cats. Our house is lively, loud, but always full of love — which probably explains why I thrive in hectic, joyful wedding-day and event-day environments.

Day-of coordination begins a few weeks before your wedding. You’ve already done the planning — I step in to finalize the timeline, confirm vendors, run the rehearsal, and manage everything on the wedding day.
Month-of coordination starts earlier and includes more support. I help refine details, communicate with vendors, create layouts, troubleshoot missing pieces, and ensure everything is organized well before the big day. It’s perfect for couples who want help tying all the final elements together.
Yes! I coordinate weddings throughout Humboldt County, including Arcata, McKinleyville, Trinidad, Eureka, Ferndale, and surrounding areas. Travel is included within 25 miles of McKinleyville.
Weddings beyond this radius may incur a $50–$75 travel fee depending on distance.
If your venue is farther out, I’m always happy to discuss travel/lodging options.
I typically arrive 3–4 hours before the ceremony to begin setup and vendor coordination.
For larger or more detailed weddings, I may arrive earlier. My goal is to be onsite before the first vendor arrives so everything flows smoothly from the very start.
Yes — I handle setup of simple to moderately detailed décor, such as:
More elaborate installations (arches, floral structures, hanging décor, etc.) may require the Décor Setup Add-On or a florist/venue team, depending on complexity.
Absolutely. Vendor communication is a major part of my role.
I confirm arrival times, review details, answer questions, distribute timelines, and serve as the main point of contact throughout your wedding day.
This allows you and your loved ones to be fully present without managing logistics.
Yes — Sea + Cedar Wedding Coordination is a licensed business, and I carry professional liability insurance. Many venues require coordinators to be insured, so you’ll always be covered.
Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for summer and fall weddings.
However, I also take last-minute bookings when my calendar allows — so it never hurts to reach out!
